Flotation is the most common beneficiation route for tungsten ores, but the predominance of minerals with similar surface properties poses a real challenge. This study investigates the use of Falcon centrifugal separators for gangue minerals removal and desliming prior to flotation. A typical tungsten-bearing skarn ore (Tabuaço, Portugal) is used, containing scheelite (CaWO4) associated with dense calcium-bearing silicates (vesuvianite), fluorite, apatite and light silicates (feldspars) as gangue minerals. Two types of Falcon bowls (Falcon UF and Falcon SB) were used, prior to flotation tests with fatty acids as collectors and a combination of sodium carbonate and sodium silicate as gangue minerals depressants. This flowsheet was compared with a reverse configuration, using flotation prior to Falcon concentrator, and with a classical flowsheet, using hydrocyclone and flotation. Gravity pre-concentration and desliming with the Falcon concentrator were optimized through the design of experiments (DoE) methodology. The influences of pulp density, rotational speed, feed flowrate and fluidisation pressure (for the Falcon SB) were studied for both bowls. Results showed that the Falcon can be used as a desliming and pre-concentrating apparatus. Separation performances depend mainly on rotary speed and pulp density for the Falcon UF, whereas rotary speed and fluidisation pressure are the main parameters for the Falcon SB. With only one stage of Falcon SB, an enrichment ratio of 7.9 is obtained with a 65% WO3 recovery while 89% of apatite and fluorite are rejected, which constitutes a very good selectivity. In comparison, Falcon UF shows lower enrichment ratios, around 2.7. In terms of desliming, Falcon UF is as efficient as the hydrocyclone, while the Falcon SB is significantly more efficient. Hence, the use of Falcon SB prior to flotation improves the overall performance of the tungsten flotation route by desliming the flotation feed while pre-concentrating the scheelite. It impacts very advantageously the flotation, as most of the calcium-bearing minerals are eliminated. A Falcon SB stage prior to flotation yields a final concentrate grade of 29.7% WO3 with a recovery of only 36.8 % that should be optimized as the reagents dosages were not adapted to the pre-concentrated feed.

For its surface features, micro-sized hematite is usually difficult to recover by magnetic separation; especially, the existing high gradient magnetic separator in industry can not utilize collecting matrix with thin silky rods for its property of being easily blocked; the lower size limit for recovery of micro-sized weak magnetic minerals is about 0.019mm, some even is 0.037mm. This paper introduces the application of the combined new technique of water-air joint discharging of concentrate and collecting matrix with different diameter silky rods in the field of recovery of micro-sized hematite by high gradient magnetic separator. The commercial test result for recovery of a certain hematite with size about ?0.037mm shows that the recovery can be promoted by 16.81% with basically same concentrate grade.

Froth flotation is an industrial process commonly used for the separation of mineral particles. Bubbles sparged in a pulp collect and carry hydrophobic particles to the top layer of a flotation cell, the froth zone. There is a strong correlation between the stability of the froth phase and the flux of solids. However, flotation units placed in series operate, as a whole, in a non-steady state regime with the concentration of particle decreasing from one cell to the next resulting in a decrease in froth stability, which can compromise the recovery of valuables. Organic chemical reagents, frothers, are generally added to prevent fine bubbles from coalescing and to increase the stability of the froth phase. Frothers represent the second largest group of mining chemicals. It is crucial to understand the resulting properties of the frother on the froth phase in order to select the most suitable reagent for a particular operation. The bubble coalescence dynamic of three different surfactants, 1-pentanol, poly (propylene glycol), and tri (propylene glycol) methyl ether, were investigated in this study. In the first stage, the stabilisation mechanism of bubbles in a solution of surfactant was investigated using a specifically designed experimental setup. The coalescence behaviour of bubble pairs was recorded using high-speed video imaging in which information such as the coalescence time and the deformation of the resultant bubble upon coalescence could be extracted. The results were then compared between the different surfactants for several concentrations. It is shown in a study that the coalescence time increases with surfactant concentration until the Gibbs-Marangoni effect is suppressed by bulk diffusion. Conversely, the oscillation of the resultant bubble was found to be affected only at concentrations at which the film is saturated. The implications of the effects of surfactant type and concentration on the coalescence time and bubble oscillation in froth flotation are discussed. In this paper two optional production processes are presented for reasonable utilization of primary sylvinite in Qinghai province, China. The two kinds of products as chlorine-free potash fertilizers; potassium sulphate or potassium magnesium sulphate can be obtained. In the course of potassium sulphate production, using primary sylvinite from Qinghai salt lake as raw material with impurities such as sodium chloride and insoluble in primary sylvinite, it must be prepared by flotation before being converted into potassium sulphate. This final product has found wide use in tobacco industry in China. However, in some cases Chinese farmers would rather buy the fertilizer of potassium magnesium sulphate than high quality of potassium sulphate. With flotation process which is a little different from above mentioned, the potassium magnesium sulphate fertilizer may be produced by washing one of the flotation concentrate presented as picromerite, while another concentrate containing potassium chloride is treated as by-product.

In order to raise the utilization rate of phosphate resource of Al-Jalamid Mine in Saudi Arabia, a flotation experiment for its phosphate rock was carried out by using WF-01collector that have been produced by Wengfu Phosphate Mine. The results showed that WF-01 collector had extensive adaptability for Al-Jalamid phosphate rock, and the grade of phosphate concentrate could be up to 33% P2O5 mixing the upper, middle and lower beds rock as well as its 80% more recovery.

The paper presented the acnalysis of field intensity of rare-earth permanent magnet with high BH product and the research of magnet configuration with narrow pole pitch on open magnet surface, both using ANSYS. The possibility to separate micro-disseminated feebly magnetic minerals by improving the field intensity and the capture line distribution rate on open magnet surface were verified. The research on the method to pile up magnets to increase peak value of field intensity on the open magnet to 1.0T was done through correlation analysis between shape and dimensions of magnetic material and field intensity. And the research on technology method to improve capture line distribution rate in the separating field to 1.25×105/m2 was done through optimization design of magnet configuration of the open magnet with narrow pole pitch. Laboratory tests were performed with hematite sample from ore dressing plant such as Hainan mine, Qidong iron ore, etc. The separation results acquired were at the same level as using the electromagnetic separator, verifying the possibility to separate micro-disseminated feebly magnetic minerals with open magnet. The research suggested a new idea about the development of magnetic separator with high efficiency and low costs to separate feebly magnetic minerals and non-magnetic gangues.

Industrially proven and applied nitrogen species catalyzed (i.e. NSC) acidic pressure leaching has been utilized to treat a number of ores, concentrates and recycled materials. This versatile technology offers many advantages including low temperatures, low pressures, low capital costs, low operating costs, faster throughput and less costly materials of construction than conventional pressure oxidation. This paper will elucidate the application of this technology for production of gold, silver, palladium, rhodium, zinc, germanium, gallium, cobalt, copper, molybdenum, rhenium and nickel. Recycled material applications will also be elucidated. In addition, details of an application for treatment of a refractory chalcopyrite copper and gold bearing ore will be presented and pertinent economics discussed.

Jig is a kind of conventional and old gravity concentration equipment, which is mainly used in the preconcentration of medium particle fractions of low-grade nonferrous metal ore. In the past ten years, studies on jigs have made a great progress on separation of coarse and fine particle fractions. At the same time, pneumatic jigs have been widely used in processing of nonferrous metal ore. In this paper, pilot test study and commercial operation for several kinds of jigs used in Dachang con-centrator has been introduced. Dachang mining area of GuangXi province is rich in mineral resources, where many minerals exhibit various complex properties. Many elements such as Sn, Pb, Sb, Zn, S, As, Cu, In, Ag, Gd, Ag, Ga, etc, were found in the run-of-mine ore (ROM). At present, Dachang concentrator produces tin concentrate, lead-antimony concentrate and zinc concentrate. Other valuable elements get enriched and recovered in above concentrates. Dachang Mine with a mining operation history more than sixty years will end its mission on the rich ore resource exploitation. At present, low grade ores are porcessed in the concentrator, and the concentrator begins to run at a loss upon processing the low-grade and refractory ore. Heavy medium cyclones were used in the concentrator for processing 20-4mm fraction, Gongge jigs for 4-2mm fraction, and cone concentrator combined with spiral concentrator to discard the tailings of -2mm fractions. In order to minimize overgrinding, table flotation was used to recover some liberated cassiterites in a complex processing technology. Therefore, the concentrator is difficult to manage. Many years studies have shown that heavy medium cyclones and spiral concentra-tors can be replaced by sawtooth shaped wave jigs to discard 50% tailings to improve the grade of feed. And the feed was divided into rich one and poor one to minimize overgrinding of valuable cassiterites with different grinding mills. In this case, the recovery of the valuable minerals can get improved and the flowsheet was simplified. Moreover, the concentrator begins to make profit with reduction of cost. At the same time, pollution in the concentrator gets reduced and the working condition gets improved too. Sawtooth shaped wave jig was used in Changpo concentrator for replacement of cone separators and spiral concentrators to discard the tailings of -4mm fraction, and the yield of discarded tailings got improved from 30% to 50%. Grades of tin, lead and zinc in the tailings are lowered from 0.15%, 0.12%, 0.7% to 0.06%, 0.05%, 0.4% respectively, with a loss reduction of tin, lead and zinc from11%, 9%, 10% to 7.5%, 6%, 5% respectively, corresponding to the increasement of recovery of tin, lead, zinc from 52%, 50%, 55% to 56%, 56%, 62% respectively. Cost of the concentrator for processing one-ton ROM was therefore dropped from RMB155.28 to RMB119.74. Changpo concentrator lost RMB2.5 million in 2003, but it made a profit of RMB0.92 million in 2006 after the innovations. Batac jig was used in Tongkeng concentrator to discard the coarse tailings at 20-4mm, with a discarded yield of 35%, and the grades of valuable minerals got improved with a recovery above 95% for tin, lead-antimony and zinc.

In 1951, Tata Steel became the pioneer in Asia by setting up its first ever washery in West Bokaro Colliery. The first beneficiation plant used to produce clean coal of 19% ash with chance cone. Feed size of chance washers were -75 mm to +6 mm. The fine coal (-6 mm) were used directly. With change in technology,in 1986,chance cones were replaced by DM cyclones and coal was washed in two circuits. In the coarse circuit -13 mm to +0.5 mm coal was washed in two stages while the fine coal of -0.5 mm was treated in froth floatation cell. With further improvement in the process the higher ash raw coal was feed to produce clean coal of 13% ash. In 1998, DSM cyclones were replaced by scrolled Evolute design cyclone which has Ep of 0.020 to 0.025 ranges resulting in increase efficiency of separation. With the increase in demand of clean coal, lower seam proportion has increased in raw coal production. The washability studies of individual seams indicated large difference in the seam characteristics in terms of washability and specific gravity cut points of the individual seams. So washing all seams together had resulted in frequent change in the character of coal and warrants frequent changes in the operating parameters of the plant in which the separating efficiency comes down and ultimately resulted in yield loss initially. With increase in knowledge and experience in coal washing the solution to this problem was achieved by adopting, seam-wise washing which is enabling process engineers by keeping set point for longer periods there by to enhance the separation efficiency. "Faculty of Mining, Ecology, Process Control and Geotechnology, Technical University, Košice, Slovakia An industrial eccentric vibratory mill was used for direct and short-time mechanochemical reduction of ilmenite concentrate (FeTiO3) and anatase (TiO2) with magnesium metal powder in order to reduce Fe and Ti resp. and hereby to convert them to the more soluble phases suitable for further hydrometallurgical processing. X-ray diffraction analysis of FeTiO3 after 60 min of milling with Mg confirmed the presence of Fe0 and Mg2TiO4 phases and for TiO2 after 180 min of milling the new TiO and MgO phases have appeared. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy has detected Fe0 (metal) and Mg2+ species which are corresponding to the product of FeTiO3 mechanochemical reduction. The product of TiO2 mechanochemical reduction has revealed XPS spectral lines corresponding to Ti2+, Ti4+ and Mg2+ species on its surface. Morphology of mechanochemically reduced samples was studied by scanning electron microscopy analysis. Subsequent leaching of mechanochemically reduced FeTiO3 and TiO2 was performed in dilute HCl and H2SO4 at 80oC and compared with mechanically activated samples. The recovery of Ti has reached 100% for FeTiO3 and 79% for TiO2 after 60 min of leaching. Based on this study the flowsheet for possible processing of natural refractory titanium ores patented by author was adapted and documented. INTRODUCTION Ilmenite (FeTiO3), along with rutile (TiO2) represents the most important titanium resource necessary for titanium industry, for production of titanium metal, alloys and pigment grade TiO2 which are becoming more important and versatile for various industries such as an aircraft and aerospace, navy, chemical, automotive, medical and offshore wind industries, for machine and plant engineering and architecture as well, mainly due to high corrosion resistance. Pigment grade TiO2 is utilizing in pigment, plastic, glass, paper and rubber industries (Zhang, 2011). There are obvious research efforts for development of the potential alternatives to the expensive thermo-chemical commercial processes of titanium raw materials processing. Zhang (2011) has summarized conventional thermo- a electrochemical processes which involved a combination of pyrometallurgical, hydrometallurgical and electrometallurgical technologies and highlighted the improved hydrometallurgical routes promising for commercial application in the future. Such improvement could also be mechanical activation of FeTiO3, TiO2 by high-energy milling which causes their structural disordering, the changes of physical and chemical properties, consequently and has a positive effect on the dissolution kinetics (Achimovicová et al., 2014a, 2017, Baláž, 2008). The various types of mills such as a planetary ball mill, a vertical ball mill, a drum mill, an attritor were used for mechanical activation of FeTiO3 as a pretreatment process for subsequent leaching (Achimovicová et al., 2014)."

The paper presents the results of characterization and beneficiation studies carried out on a lean grade tungsten ore sample from Degana, India. Basically, three different routes, involving gravity separation, magnetic separation, and froth flotation were studied for concentration of the sample by physical and physico-chemical methods. Considering the low recovery by physical methods, efforts were put in to produce a tungsten concentrate by physical methods suitable for subsequent hydrometallurgical recovery of tungsten as ammonium para-tungstate. This strategy proved quite helpful in minimizing the losses of tungsten in tailings. Based upon these studies a novel integrated technological process flow-sheet was developed for the exploitation of lean grade tungsten ore deposit of Degana, India. Sodium oleate was an effective diaspore collector, whereas chelate collector OL2 showed certain collecting power over diaspore and nonionic surfactant OL3 showed little collecting ability. Then experiments were carried out using sodium oleate as the main collector with the addition of OL2,OL3 to study the influences on diaspore flotation, it could be seen from the experiments that accelerants had a marked influence on the recovery of diaspore, which could be raised by 10%, and the addition sequence also affected the flotation behavior: the best results could be gained when the accelerants were mixed thoroughly before adding and the best ratio of collector OL1 and accelerant OL2, OL3 stood at 30:2:1. Based on the calculation of the ingredients in the sodium oleate solution, sodium oleate reacted with surface of the mineral and formed the acid-soap polymer [HOl?Ol-] when pH was about 9. Zeta potential test showed the accelerant promoted the absorption of collector on the mineral surface, which lowered zeta potential. As could be seen from surface tension experi-ments, the addition of accelerant OL3 lowered the CMC value of OL1 solution, which was equiva-lent to raise the power of the agents. Further Infrared Ray experiments showed the co-absorption of OL1 and OL2 make aluminum oleate on the mineral surface more stable. Up till now, the mixed reagents with sodium oleate as the main collector, combined with other two accelerants had been used in the Zhongzhou concentration plant, which is the first diaspore flotation plant in China.

"The goal of prospecting operations in the Republic of Altay was to locate gold-sulfide-quartz mineralization. For this purpose we applied the technology of electromagnetic sounding and induced polarization (EMS-IP). These operations resulted in localizing promising sites with presence of sulfidization. The EMS-IP method proved to be highly efficient amongst other prospecting methods targeted at recognizing zones of sulfide mineralization making up 91%, considering that in more than half cases the ore intervals were the case. In the Yakutian diamondiferous province the EMS-IP technology was approbated during three field seasons to accomplish the assignments on searching for kimberlite bodies under conditions of various geological types. As a result, the reference objects were distinguished, and geoelectric parameters of kimberlite pipes of explosion were defined.INTRODUCTION In the time span 2015-2016 in Gorny Altay the EMS-IP technology was approbated in the Novokuznetsk area. The on-land areal geophysical survey was performed by EMS-IP method applied to identify, outline and locate promising sites with Au-Ag-bearing polymetallic mineralization within surveyed areas. Compared to the hosting rocks, the sulfides contained in polymetallic mineralization are typified by low specific electrical resistivity (SER) and high polarization. The areal survey conducted via EMS-IP method provided spatial characteristics of searched object. From July 2016 to August 2017 our expedition group carried out serial test works and laboratory investigations intending to define performance capabilities of EMS-IP technology in searching for kimberlite bodies under conditions of diverse geological types. The prerequisites for serial work were operations accomplished at the «Listvenichny» site lying 35 km away from Mirny town in the Sakha Republic (Yakutia), where the EMS-IP technology was probed for locating position and measuring geoelectric parameters of tuff pipe «Buardakhsky». After successful completion of operations it was decided to evaluate geoelectric parameters of kimberlite pipes of explosion."

Since dewatering is a costly process, removal of moisture from relatively fine size lignites is an important industrial problem. As the lignite gets finer, the presence of micropores and relatively low hydrophobic nature of lignite lead to trapping of large quantities of water in the coal matrix. Lignites used in power stations need to be dried to a certain degree of humidity before it is transferred to the combustion chamber. It is generally wise to dewater coal as much as possible by physical means before it is dried. However, dewatering cost in some cases may be prohibitive. Thus, sometimes removal of even little percent moisture may be of great help in such operations. Surfactants have been used to increase the efficiency of coal dewatering. It is crucial to select appropriate type and amount of surfactants in order to get higher efficiency. Since the hydrophobic characteristic of coals increases with increasing the coal rank, dewatering of bituminous and anthracite can be accomplished using low HLB surfactants (Oily), however, these surfactants are not efficient in the case of low rank coals like lignites and brown coals. It is suggested that adsorption of low HLB surfactants on high rank coals is governed by Acid-Base interactions rather than electrostatic and van der Waals forces. Since this characteristic in lignites is not strong enough, low HLB surfactants could not be effectively adsorbed on low rank coals to make surface more hydrophobic. In this paper, a special set-up has been designed to study the effect of high HLB surfactants on dewatering of fine lignite particles. It is shown that high HLB surfactants function more efficiently on low rank coals than low HLB ones.

Gold deposits in South Africa are invariably associated with uranium bearing minerals. Although it is low grade uranium by international standards, averaging around 0.3 kg U3O8 per ton of ore, recovery of uranium as a by-product improves the overall economics of gold extraction. Moreover, the current high uranium prices as well as increased demand due to renewed interest in nuclear power provide significant incentives for dedicated uranium production. An understanding of the uranium leaching response to changes in operating conditions is an important first step to-wards optimisation of uranium recoveries. In South African acid leaching plants, uranium dissolutions higher than 90% are difficult to achieve, and the chemical origin of this limit is not clear. To study leaching behaviour, an important consideration is the mineralogical characteristics of the ores. Typically, a diagnostic leaching approach can be followed. In this paper, a mineralogy-leachability explanation is presented to rationalise the difficulty in exceeding 90% dissolution from low grade uranium ores on the basis of a simple diagnostic leaching method. It was found that brannerite was the main reason for the existence of a dissolution limit in Witwatersrand ore and that chemical liberation was more effective to increase end dissolution compared to physical liberation. The findings from these investigations will form guidelines for developing economically viable flow sheets for improved uranium recovery, at least in a South African (Witwatersrand) context.

The compound material of Nano-TiO2 Supported on the diatomite was prepared by the hydrolytic method with purified diatomite and TiCl4. The compound material was characterized by SEM, XRD, TEM, EDX, XPS, and the application test of the compound material was studied. The characterization test results showed that the Nano-TiO2 was coated on the surface of diatomite, the crystal of TiO2 is anatase, and the average crystal size is 12 nm. The pore diameter was reduced, but pore volume and surface area of the compound material are increased after Nano-TiO2 Supported on the diatomite. The application test results for treating coking waste water and formaldehyde gas show that the compound material of Nano-TiO2 / diatomite has adsorption and photo-catalytic function and strong degradation performance for phenol and formaldehyde.

Kaolin clay is used as a filler and pigment in various applications such as paper, paint, rubber, plastics, adhesives, ink and ceramics etc. Major mineral content in crude kaolin clay is kaolinite along with some accessory minerals as quartz, hematite, mica, feldspar, anatase, rutile, illemnite etc. The Fe and Ti bearing minerals play very important role in determining quality of the kaolin, as these minerals impart yellow, pink or darker color to the white kaolin. Conventional beneficiation methods used in kaolin processing are de-gritting, classification and sodium dithionite bleaching, which improves the optical properties of kaolin, wherein reduction of color imparting constituents such as Fe2O3 and TiO2 is marginal. In the present study, these coloring impurities are separated using selective adsorption of water-soluble polymers. Degritted kaolin samples after passing through 45 micron sieve is used in the study for selective flocculation by polyacrylamide based polymers. The effect of pH, zeta potential, and polymer dose on the reduction of impurities is studied. Analytical tools such as XRF, XRD, SEM, and TEM techniques are utilized and results are discussed in detail.

The selection of leach reagent mainly according to the ratio of useful mineral to gangue in mineral raw material and the structure of mineral raw material. Besides that the price of reagent, the capability of reagent decomposing mineral and its causticity on equipment is also supposed to be in regard. On common conditions, the scandium content in mineral raw material is low, even Sc concentrate of specimen-Yunnan rare earth ore which contain Sc used in this experiment only is 148 g/t. Moreover, in enlarging scale experiments the content of scandium in leach liquid is only 3.6g/t, meanwhile various and complicated impurity existing in it. At present, both domestic and abroad has succeed in enriching scandium from vitriol solution, while enriching scandium from hydrochloric acid only has been studied in some minority units, which is not reported to be practical in industry. Therefore, this item offer a new research issue on Sc?s extract, which is as well as the task of this research. Spectrum analysis, chemic component analysis and scandium content have been made in main mineral measurement on rare earth with Sc in the paper. Based on characters of sample, select hydrochloric acid, vitriol and nitric acid as leach reagent and make different blueprints to accomplish the experimental research about selecting leach reagent. In the aspect of rare earth leach scandium leach density is researched, leach liquid to solid rate, leach temperature, leach time, leach granule rate and leach solution. This experiment claims that in the optimal experimental ambience, leach rate of vitriol is 58.18%, the leach rate of nitric acid is 50.73% and the leach rate of hydrochloric acid is 59.34%. Among them, hydrochloric acid has the best effect, therefore this experiment choose it as the leach reagent.

Semi-industrial test on fine products of Meishan dressing plant was carried out with type RP80/25 high pressure roller mill produced by Homburg Corporation of Germany, and the influences of such factors as energy consumption, water containing, throughput and circulating load on rolling effect were investigated. Closed circuit experiment result showed that Meishan iron ore could be suitable for powder grinding with high pressure roller mill, and energy consumption of the operation was declined by 25%~30%, which was favorable for energy-saving, increasing production efficiency and improving grinding effects. According to above experimental results, this paper put forward the technical proposal of application of high pressure roller mill in Meishan, and pointed out some technical problems which needed to be settled urgently in technology disposal.

Extensive exploration for uranium metal by the Department of Atomic Energy in India led to the discovery of new carbonate host rock uranium deposits Tummalapalle and Gogi, which are located in southern part of India. Alkaline leaching at elevated temperature and pressure using autoclave is the central unit process in the overall strategy for extraction of uranium from these new ore deposits. Autoclave leaching is affected largely by intrinsic nature of the ore and by the process variables and the equipment settings. In order to understand such a complex process and also to be able to predict the process performance under randomly (ore grade, uranium mineralogy, gangue mineralogy etc.) and consciously perturbed variable settings (partial pressure of oxygen, temperature, concentration of leachant, stirring speed and time), sound and robust mathematical models are needed with analytical and/or numerical solutions. Present investigation attempts to develop a variant of kinetic correlation based on shrinking core model for batch alkaline leaching process in an autoclave. The leaching model incorporates particle size distribution according to popular Gates-Gaudin-Schuhmann equation, rather than assuming a single mean size for all the particles participating in the leaching reaction. Kinetic experimental data generated in autoclave leaching of Gogi uranium ore was used to evaluate various constants of the model developed. The ore sample used for experiments assayed 0.21 per cent U3O8. The partial pressure of oxygen was varied between 0.15 to 6.5 atm, temperature from 343 K to 438 K, concentration of sodium carbonate leachant in the range 0.47 g mol/L to 0.94 g mol/L, and the stirring speed from 573 rev/min to 900 rev/min in the experiments. The goodness of fit of the leaching process model is found to be >0.95. Morphological studies carried out on leached and unleached particulate matter using Scanning Electron Microscopy with Energy Dispersive X ray analyses are included in the present study.
