"Multimetal gold-antimony ores are complexed processing products, since they are characterized by veindisseminatedsulfide mineralization with fine-dispersed submicroscopic gold, low content and uneven distribution ofAu, which is concentrated together with iron sulfides (pyrite, arsenopyrite, pyrrhotite). Such ores are classified asrefractory ones and characterized by low gold recovery rates during cyanation. A particular feature of gold-antimonydeposits is the presence of antimony in industrial concentrations therein, along with gold that significantly increasesthe value of these deposits. The main antimony mineral is antimony sulfide - antimonite (stibnite). Gold-antimonyores undergo flotation concentration with producing collective gold-containing concentrates or gold sulfide andantimony concentrates. The purpose of the work is an experimental study of the flotation separation mechanism ofsulfide minerals of copper, antimony and arsenic using tannin-containing modifiers during processing of multimetalgold-bearing ores. During the research it was established that for the selective separation of antimony and arsenicsulfide minerals into concentrates of different kinds, it is possible to use vegetable reagents capable to be selectivelyadsorbed on the arsenopyrite surface. Using the laser KEYENCE VK-9700 and electronic LEO-1420 VP INCA-350microscopy methods, it has been established that the film of a vegetable modifier was not washed off with water andfixed firmly enough on the surface of the polished sections of arsenopyrite. In the X-ray spectrum there are C and Obands related to the reagent structure. The vegetative reagent is fixed both on the pre-adsorbed phase of the collectorand on the areas free from the collector. On the polished sections of antimonite before and after a contact with thetannin solution, only partial adsorbed tannin phases are detected, which disappear as a result of subsequent washingwith water.The reported study was funded by RFBR according to the research project ? 16-05-00646 ?."

"It was presents the results of research on improving reagent regime and scheme of enrichment of slime classes of Apatite-Staffelite ores and tailings stockpile of Kovdorsky enrichment plant. It was investigated the regularities of flocculation in the processes of thickening and selective flotation apatite-bearing ores. It was established character of the influence of flotation reagents on the flocculation process. It was shown that the sodium silicate and soda ash have a stabilizing effect by thickening of sludges. Neonol and oleic acid have a coagulating or flocculating effect. It was tested the new regime flotation, involving an initial conditioning with using of reagent - dispersants before feeding the pulp into the flotation and subsequent conditioning with reagents having a coagulating effect. The flowsheet and reagent regime for enrichment of fine-grained tailings stockpiled was developed, which providing production of standard apatite concentrate and increasing the recovery of valuable components. There are presented results of the research of activities of strong organic surfactant on solubility of colloidal form fatty acid collector and aggregate stability of fine minerals in the process of thickening and flotation. Surfactants such as Neonol have been investigated for increasing the activity of the collectors. When using the process of thickening sludge fraction with flocculant Praestol 2540 and stadial conditioning of sludge were obtained concentrates containing up to 38.1% P2O5 at recovery. INTRODUCTION A feature of the Apatite-Staffelite ores of the Kovdorsky deposit is the presence of a large number of fine mineral particles and a reduced hardness of phosphate minerals (Beloborodov et al., 2010, Tugolukov et al., 2012). Formed in the ore-preparation process, sludges are lost with a discharge in the thickening operation. Sludge is characterized by an increased content of phosphorus pentoxide (P2O5). Losses of P2O5 at enrichment of the stale tailings of Kovdorsky GOK reach 14.0%. The high losses of P2O5 caused a profound study of the behavior of thin apatite classes under conditions of thickening and flotation."

Iron ore concentrate contains different mineral phases viz. hematite, magnetite, goethite, kaolinite, and gibbsite. Presence of some of these phases like goethite, kaolinite, and gibbsite contribute to the loss on ignition (LOI) content of the sample. Iron ore fines (pellet feed) are pelletized for utilization in DRI & BF processes. In the present pelletization technology i.e., straight grate and grate kiln processes, the LOI in the ore should be within the range of 2.0-2.5%. LOI content in the iron ore concentrate is found to be more than 4% after beneficiation of low-grade iron ore. It is therefore difficult to produce good quality pellet because of high LOI content. The LOI content of the sample is a detrimental factor in the pellet making. For effective pelletization, the LOI content in iron ore fines needs to be reduced before pelletization. It can be reduced by fluidized bed roasting. The objective of present work is to understand the kinetics of removal of LOI from iron ore fines. The effects of bed depth, temperature, and residence time on reduction of LOI content in iron ore fines were studied using muffle furnace. The process of roasting was carried out at four different temperatures varying from 400 to 950 °C with a variable residence time of 30, 45, 60 & 75 minutes and at bed depths of 16, 32, 48 & 64 mm. In all instance of experiments carried out, one of the parameters was kept constant. It was observed that at 850 °C and 30 minutes of residence time, there was sufficient removal of LOI in static bed condition even at a high bed depth of 64 mm. "The article presents the results of the research aimed at development and testing of new effective reagents – collectors and green modifiers for more complete extraction of gold and platinum to concentrates at reduced loss with waste products. The main deposits of Au and PGM ores of Russia and abroad are presented by refractory raw material with the non-uniform finely-interspersed sulfide mineralization, submicron gold and platinum, the low metal content, non-uniform distribution of valuable minerals. and show low indicators of recovery. The main losses of precious metals (up to 15 %) at flotation are associated with thin slam tailings because of inefficiency of standard reagent modes.In the paper, the new trends in design of collecting agents for extraction of gold and PGM sulfide minerals and their application in flotation tests are substantiated. The original technique for obtaining the modified collector reagents – dithiocarbamate, dithiophoshpinate and dithiazine, incorporated non-ionic compounds that are able to generate stable complexes with gold and platinum has been developed. A novel class of collectors – cloud point polymers showed high flotation recovery of fine particles of gold and platinum. The original technique to create the mineral samples of natural sulfides with ""invisible"" or sub-micron gold on their surface designed helped to indicate the mechanism of selective adsorption of novel agents on Au and Pt-sulfide minerals. Extractive UV spectrophotometry, potential measurements, X-ray phase and spectral analysis, scanning electronic microscopy (SEAM), laser SIM and AFM microscopy were applied to analyze the adsorbed layer of modified reagents on the mineral surface. Selective hydrophobic covering on the surface of micro- and nanoparticles of noble metals provided an increase in their extraction during flotation. New reagent modes of modified collectors and green modifiers were tested in scaled-up laboratory flotation and the results obtained demonstrated the increased quality of the concentrates in terms of gold content by 1.5 times and higher gold recovery by 1.5-5%. Mineral processing is characterized by a constant adaptation to changing raw materials and market conditions. It is the link between the mined raw material and a marketable product. As a lot of high grade reserves are exploited, a steady deterioration of raw material quality can be observed. At the same time, the customers´ requirements for product purity and consistent quality increase. Indian iron ores are characteristically friable in nature that results in generation of sizeable quantity of fines (0-10mm) every year during various stages of mining and processing in the country with grade varying from 50-60% Fe(T) and are high in silica/alumina (Al2O3 5-8%). The fines generated cannot be directly used for iron making (blast furnace/DRI units) in the country due its physical and chemical properties; therefore, large portion of it gets exported or dumped. Value addition to iron ore fines through various activities such as beneficiation & palletization is the need of the hour, which will not only be economically beneficial to the mining sector in the long run but also generate value addition & employment opportunities. Incentives may be given for adopting latest technologies for direct use of fines in iron making by agglomeration of fines in the form of Pellets and Sinters, as fines forms considerable part of iron ore resources. Due to selective mining, although the iron content of the ore is high but the alumina(Al2O3) content in iron ore is also significantly high which demands for beneficiation as high alumina will create problem during iron making like higher fuel consumption, poor quality of slag produced, reduced productivity of B.F. all mineral has been engaged in hematite iron ore beneficiation with its gravity and magnetic separators since the mid-nineties. The delivery of jigs started for the upgrading of iron ore for its utilization in a Direct Reduction Plant in Australia. Since then, various other installations with jigs for lumps and fines as well as upstream separators for fines are in operation in Brazil, Australia, India and South Africa. Low grade run of mine and/or dump ores are being processed with alljig®-, allflux®- and gaustec®-WHIMS as the core equipment. The article describes the technology in use, the characteristics of various iron ores and the product qualities achieved. The data presented shows the specific advantages of jig application on iron ore upgrading due to the possible high gravity cuts and the easy and low cost operation. The allflux®- technology provides the big advantage of high capacities and a two-step process, both in a single unit. The gaustec®-wet high intensity magnetic separators offer high capacity in combination with unsurpassed process flexibility. The flocculation and dewatering behaviour of kaolinite (non swelling) and smectite (swelling) clay dispersions has been investigated using hydrolysable metal ions Mn(II) and Ca(II) and anionic polyacrylamide-acrylate copolymer (PAM) at pH 7.5 and 10.5. A pH-dependent, specific metal ion adsorption behaviour, accompanied by a marked reduction in particle zeta potential and slurry shear yield stress, was observed to have a profound influence on the colloid stability of both types of clays. Due to the differences in the cation exchange capacity, the smectite clay dispersion required a higher amount of metal ions than kaolinite dispersion to produce similar effects. The adsorption density of the anionic PAM at the negatively charged clay particle surfaces correlated well with metal ion hydrolysis and adsorption behaviour, all of which had a strong effect on slurry settling rate and extent of consolidation. At pH 7.5 where Mn(II) ions hydrolyse, metal ion and flocculant adsorption densities were both greater in the presence of Mn(II) than Ca(II) ions. At pH 10.5, however, where Ca(II) ions begins to hydrolyse, higher adsorption densities were observed for Ca(II) ions in comparison with Mn(II) ions, as the latter hydrolysed completely and precipitated. The metal ion mediated flocculant adsorption led to improved hydrogen bond driven particle bridging and facilitated charge neutralisation flocculation mechanisms which significantly enhanced the dewaterability of both clay dispersions.

"In the mineral-processing field, bioleaching of metal sulphide concentrates is currently operated in very large mechanically agitated tanks. Such bioreactors have considerable requirements in terms of power consumption for mixing, aeration and heat transfer. The use of slurry bubble column, where the particles are suspended by gas motion as well as by liquid upward flow, could be an alternative to achieve bioleaching in more economical conditions. In order to compare these two techniques, a unit of stirred reactors in cascade and a bubble column were comparatively operated at laboratory scale in the bioleaching of a pyrite concentrate. For both pieces of equipment, experiments were performed not only in batch mode but also in continuous conditions.Bubble column performances were significantly affected by unpredictable technical difficulties met to maintain continuous feeding in the bubble column and by a significant settling of the heavy solid particles. Nonetheless, theoretical kinetic data, extrapolated from results in batch conditions, could be compared to those obtained in continuous tests, in bubble column and in mechanically agitated reactors. These kinetic data were used to evaluate the influence of reactor design and configuration choice on bioleaching performances."

At projecting mining-concentrating complex at the deposit ?Zapadnoye? (Russia) it was considered to enable an opportunity of refusal from conventional SAG-mills. First time a scheme of gold bearing ore destruction using Roller Press RP 5-100/90 had been developed and integrated. The plant was launched in summer 2003 and presently it has achieved designed technological parameters, processing throughput comes to 1 million tons of the ore per year.

High grade ore deposits in the world are fast depleting and the valuables in the low-grade ores are finely disseminated. The feed grade to flotation circuit is also declining. Attainment of suitable grind is preferred, which inevitably creates more fines of the gangue minerals to interfere with the flotation process because of the undue competition between the fines and the valuables for the collector ion adsorption. Besides the use of polymeric or long chain hydrocarbon depressants for the gangue mineral, microbial induced flotation also has potential to float minerals selectively. Thiobacillus ferroxidans and Thiobacillus thiooxidans adhere on the minerals to modify its surface properties and affect the minerals flotation acting as depressants. Hindustan Zinc has conducted laboratory studies to understand the adhesion of microorganism on the mineral surfaces and its impact on the selective flotation. The experiments were further designed to reduce consumption of depressing reagents for graphitic carbon, pyrite, and galena. Preliminary studies reveal that desired quality of concentrate can be achieved with reasonable recovery. Based on lab and pilot-plant tests to recover gold, silver and lead of a Russian deposit, a collective and flotation concentration flow sheet with lead and sulfide concentrates was proposed. The type of the deposit is gold-sulfide-quartz-bearing. The recovery of gold, silver, and lead to a lead concentrate was 47.4%, 68.1% and 70.7%, respectively. The grade of gold and silver grade was 170 g/t and 372 g/t, respectively. The mass percent of lead, zinc and arsenic mass percent was 41.7%, 0.34% and 0.63%, respectively. The recovery of gold and silver recovery to a sulfide concentrate was 50.1% and 28.8% at the grade of gold 20.5 g/t and silver 66.2 g/t. Sulfide concentrate with arsenic mass percent ~3% was biooxidised followed by CIL and obtaining metal at the site as well as zinc concentrate from bioleaching solutions with zinc mass percent 45% at its 64% recovery. The total gold and silver recovery using a developed technology with the account of their treatment at a polymetallic plant was 92.2% and 93.7%, respectively.

The electrostatic beneficiation of coal is based on tribocharging characteristics of ash forming minerals and coal particles. The tribocharging of quartz, pyrite and coal particles contacted with various metals and polymeric materials have been measured and the charge acquisition is assessed through surface energy calculations from liquid contact angle data. The contact angles, before and after tribocharging of solids, are measured using Krüss tensiometer and Washburn?s method where the sample holders in tensiometer are specially constructed with tribocharger materials. The charge polarity and amount of charge acquired by quartz, pyrite and carbon with metal tribochargers were found in good agreement with the reported work functions of the contacting surfaces. The charge results with polymer materials differed from the work function values, presumably caused by surface contamination. The surface energy of quartz calculated by all the theoretical approaches in the literature showed that the tribocharging increases the surface energy. Both polar and non-polar components computed from Fowkes and Owens-Wendt-Rabel-Kaelble approaches dis-play that both these components increased after triboelectrification. However, the polar component divided into acid and base components, as in van Oss approach, manifest decreasing acid part and increasing base part. Since quartz charged negatively during tribocharging with metal surfaces and therefore accepted electrons, the determined acid and base surface energy components are consistent with charge transfer process. The results also elucidate an explicit correlation between the charges generated by powders and the surface acceptor (acid) and donor (base) electronic states and thereby the work functions. A novel fluidized bed tribocharger was designed and developed with internal baffle system for efficient contact electrification of mineral and maceral to produce high differential charging for efficient separation. The results achieved on coal with 45% ash content are presented and discussed.

The aim of this research is to extract zinc from complex lead and zinc ore containing carbo- silicate lead and zinc minerals using sulphuric acid. Samples, taken from Dareh Zanjireh mine located in central of Iran, were subjected to leaching tests after calcination process. Experiments were planed according to the Taguchi statistical method. The calcinated samples contain 13.98% zinc and the constituting minerals being dolomite and zincate. Various parameters such as speed of mixing, temperature, time, solid to liquid ratio and pH were studied. A solid to liquid ratio of 1:6 gr/mL at 60°C and 800 rpm speed of mixing for 30 minutes resulted in a product with 85.96% zinc recoveries.

This contribution deals with bubble adhesion on particle surface which consists of three steps ? the liquid film thinning, the film rupture and expansion of the three phase contact (TPC). Our attention is devoted to the third step ? to the description of the TPC expansion. Three-phase contact line expansion can be theoretically described using hydrodynamic and molecular-kinetic models. Both of these models were originally developed for the interaction of the bubble with horizontal plane in pure water. Our experiments deal mainly with the interaction of the bubble with the inclined plane in the solution of surface active agents. It was proved experimentally that molecular-kinetic model corresponds also to these conditions and this model was used for the description of the TPC expansion. The model is based on the theoretical description of the bubble contact angle on the three-phase interface. These contact angles change dramatically from 180o to equilibium (Young) contact angle close to 90o. Modificated ADSA method is used for the calculation of the contact angle. This method utilizes the Laplace equation of the capillarity; the bubble profile and the contact angle are evaluated using the set of experimental points around the edge of the bubble. The comparison of the experimental and calculated bubble profile shows a good agreement. The aim of the project is to describe the process of the TPC expansion during the adhesion of the bubble with the diameter up to 1 mm. Inclined planes were used instead of an experimental solid particle. Our experiments were provided in the solution of surface active compounds. The process of the adhesion was recorded using high-speed digital camera and images were evaluated using the image analysis software NIS-Elements. Converting biomass into valuable fuel requires various preprocessing of the raw materials. Biomass densification is one of the conversion processes for its utilization. The aim of densification is to produce biomass pellets, which can withstand regular handling stresses and exhibit high densities with uniform size and shape. Physical properties, such as the particle size distribution after comminution is of highest importance for the binding mechanisms in the pelletisation process. Durability and strength of the pellets play an important role indicating the ability to withstand handling stresses. Particle size distributions of the cereal straws (Rye and Wheat) after specific comminution and liberation processes have been carried out with the help of three different image analysis (Microscope, Camsizer and Fibreshape). The durability of the pellets have been investigated as specified in the standards (ASAE standard S269.4) with a quadratic crate and the strength of the pellets with compression and tension testing machine (Zwick Roell type: ZMART.PRO). The particles size results showed differences in both length and width after different comminution processing. An exact comparison between the particle size analyses with the three different image analyses was not possible. The particle size distribution and the different comminution processes displayed influences on the durability and strength of the produced pellets. The particle size distribution displayed approximately 40 % of fines and 60 % of fibers. The particle size distribution displayed a direct relation to the durability of the pellets. Further durability and strength of the pellets displayed a good correlation.

The raw ore contains many kinds of valuable metal elements. It is rich in valuable metal elements, such as Pb, Zn, Sb, Sn, Ag and is associated with S,Fe,As,In,Cd. A new technology which includes medium intensity magnetic separation, preferential lead flotation, zinc-sulfur bulk flotation, zinc-sulfur flotation separation, tin gravity separation and tin slime flotation was chosen to recover valuable minerals in the raw ore, and the iron concentrate, the lead concentrate, the zinc concentrate, the sulfur concentrate and the tin concentrate can be obtained. To the zinc-sulfur bulk concentrate with the grade of 7.21%Zn and 16.97%As acquired by the zinc-sulfur bulk flotation, two different flowsheets of Zn-S separation technology are chosen to study. The lab test shows that when using lime+DM as depressor, the zinc concentrate assaying 47.73%Zn with the recovery of 95.01% can be obtained and the test indexes are better than that of the flowsheet which using lime as depressor. At the same time, the Cd content is 0.65% and the In content is 0.10% in the zinc concentrate, so they all reach the smelting comprehensive recovery standards and the As content decreases to 0.23%. Finally the flotation separation of christophite and As-bearing sulfide minerals can be successfully realized.

An ingenious methodology purposively developed by the authors for comprehensive assessment of flotation properties, electrophysical characteristics and. crystal chemistry features of natural gold-bearing sulfide minerals of different origin has been used in this study. Examination of the elemental composition of the minerals, ion-molecular components of the liquid phase in suspensions, surface properties of sulfides and different flotation reagents sorption forms was performed using the methods of X-ray phase and spectral analysis, potentiometry, UV and IR spectrometry, computer image analysis, and computer simulation techniques. The role of isomorphous impurities in the formation of hydrophobic sulfhydric collector layers on mineral surfaces in complex ore processing has been elucidated. The parameters characterizing the variability of the Fe:S ratio in pyrite of different origin have been determined based on non-stoichiometry characteristics of natural gold-bearing sulfide crystals. An ingenious method of formatting and linear approximation of experimental data was used to find out the quantitative relationships between the impurity content, electrophysical characteristics, non-stoichiometry and floatability of pyrite from a number of different deposits. The effect of the impurity species present in sulfides on the characteristic pH value marking the floatability peaks as such and their trend of shift towards higher alkalinity has been revealed. A theoretical substantiation has been given to prognostic assessment criteria for processing characteristics of gold-bearing sulfide minerals with varying composition. New flotation reagents and advanced reagent systems which help to increase the contrast of processing characteristics for different gold-bearing sulfides, resulting in improved selectivity, have been developed. The mechanism of selective flotation of precious metal-bearing Fe and As sulfides achieved by using short-chain dithiocarbamates and a mixture of cyclic trithiocarbonate with oxyalkylsulfides has been analyzed.

Investigations over the application of hybrid comminution circuits with the High-Pressure Grinding Rolls (HPGR), on the main comminution stage on the basis of the lime and cement industry, were presented in the paper. Two crushing circuits were investigated, the first HPGR-based and the other one, with conventional jaw crusher. The results presented in the article confirm that hybrid comminution circuits with the application of HPGR are innovative ones, and they assure achieving the technological and economic competitiveness in the mineral raw materials processing industry. They are much more favorable in terms of the final product fineness and capacity but insignificantly less effective about the unit energy consumption. Technological performance of conventional crushing circuit and HPGR-based one were also compared in lab scale. The circuit with HPGR application gives finer products both on crushing and grinding stages. The paper deals with the problem of refractory gold-containing material processing. It is observed that all traditional methods for liberation of fine gold from this type of products are characterized by a number of essential disadvantages, where the main ones are ? considerable expenses for ore processing and big environmental impact. As an alternative to the existing methods there is considered a gold liberation method, which is based on the combination of ultra fine grinding process with the consequent atmospheric oxidation. The theoretical justification of atmospheric oxidation was carried out, in the result of this the mechanism and the degree of sulphide minerals? oxidation was found out, the dependence of gold dissolution speed on the slurry content in liquid phase produced by grinding and oxidation was identified. The experimental data and results of pilot-plant testing are given and the most effective grinding and atmospheric oxidation mode is selected on this basis. The performed complex of research works allowed us to use the provided technology at the gold processing plant having capacity of 8 mln. tons of ore per year. The questions, problems, advantages and disadvantages of atmospheric oxidation technology for refractory gold-containing concentrates are considered in this paper. "The JONES® WHIMS technology is based on the magnetic separation process and is widely used for the recovery of magnetically susceptible iron ore particles. The conventional machine design is well-known within the iron ore beneficiation industry for more than 50 years and recognized to be highly reliable, robust and extremely compact with the advantages of high capacity and selectivity. In 1981 Rana Gruber AS, Norway bought 14 JONES® WHIMS DP 317 separators when the magnetic separation plant was built and erected. Today, 11 of these old machines are still operating profitably and efficiently. The former supplier was the coal and minerals division of Klöckner-Humboldt-Deutz (KHD) which is today MBE Coal & Minerals Technology GmbH (MBE). This paper outlines a detailed description of the project of revamping the above mentioned old machines and describes the challenge of incorporating enhanced and newly developed technology into an existing processing plant. Further it gives an overview of the recent developments on the design of the JONES® WHIMS. In order to meet modern product requirements and to increase and secure plant productivity, in 2012 Rana Gruber AS settled a contract covering two new designed JONES® WHIMS DP 317 HFR separators to be implemented into the existing building and the upgrading of all 11 older JONES® WHIMS under the use of as many refurbished items as possible. The two new machines were fully developed by the product specialists of the supplier in cooperation with the operator Rana Gruber AS, thereby taking advantage of their great experience. The design of the new machine is based on the conventional design, i.e. the general operating mode as well as the overall dimensions are identical. Finally this paper gives an overview about the erection and commission phase of the two new machines and gives a detailed comparison between conventional and enhanced WHIMS technology."

"The article highlights results of theoretical and practical studies on the enlargement of fine gold in the process of heat treatment. The object of research is refractory gold silicate-carbonate ores of Vorontsovskoe Deposit (Northern Ural), containing fine gold. For setting up experiments and analyzing the results were used the methods of applied mathematics, mathematical statistics, mathematical and physical modeling. Modeling and calculations were performed using the software package HSC Chemistry 6.0, MatLab, setting up a full factorial experiment and other modern modeling methods. Using a scanning electron microscope, the distribution of fine-dispersed ore gold particles by size was studied. It was found that gold particles smaller than 0,4 µm smoothed the vertices and edges, i.e. they are of globules with an amorphous structure. Amorphous materials are nonequilibrium phases with high thermodynamic activity. The physicochemical properties such as melting temperature, diffusion coefficients, the content of metal impurities differ from the properties of the solid phases. In the course of the research were formulated the following scientific bases of the mechanism of enlargement of the gold particles: - the movement of dispersed droplets of gold in the process of external heat to the surface of the ore particles in the pore occurs under the action of thermocapillary pressure; - after melting of the host rock occurs flotation of molten droplets by the bubbles of gases and coagulation of fine gold; - the conditions of flotation drops of gold in oxide melts; floated drops of radius R = 1-100 µm. Analysis of the equilibrium at the perimeter of wetting a drop of gold-oxide melt-gas showed that the scheme of the tension will not significantly differ from the case of solid gold, while the radius of the gas bubbles should be at least 2 times greater than the radius of drops of gold. The proposed method of predicting the results of the enrichment of the proposed scheme, including heat treatment and gravitational centrifugal concentration of crushed ore. Experimental verification of the proposed scheme in the laboratory showed a satisfactory convergence of experiment and prediction. Gold recovery in the concentrate was 33,84 against 33,7 percent forecast. The increase in overall gold recovery to a gravity concentrate after heat treatment is more than 20 %."
