The necessary funds have been provided for the award in 1915 of three prizes, respectively of $50, $30, and $20, for the best essays, or other papers, submitted in competition by Junior Members and Members of Affiliated Student Societies. THE iron ore supply for the Pueblo plant of CF&I is obtained from the Sunrise mine in Wyoming and the Duncan and Blowout mines near Cedar City, Iron County, Utah. The Sunrise mine is an underground operation while those in Utah are open pit.
