Abstract

U. S. Steel Canada Inc.’s Lake Erie Works is the last green field integrated plant to be built in North America. The plant was designed using the best available environmental technology to develop an environmentally friendly production facility. A summary of the technology and measures used in the construction of the plant are summarized in this paper.
