Abstract

With the exploitation of coal resources, a large area of land had been affected by surface subsidence, causing conflicts between man and land to become more conspicuous by the day, affecting the life of general public, and constraining further development of the land. This paper predicts the subsidence areas according to the 10-year mining plan of the Jibei mining district as an example. A plan of environmental management was developed based on sciences and practical economics.
