General process control measures during the manufacturing of different types of explosives are also dealt in detail. Various processes hazardous in manufacture of various explosives like slurry explosives, PETN, detonators, styphnic acid, lead azide and lead styphnate and special precautions to be taken during the manufacture of the above explosives are also discussed.
