Abstract

It is a case study of huge rock-mass, loosened out from the parent rock-body, & posing a potential danger to structures down below the slope on which this rock mass was standing. Case was dealt in two phases, by tying/stitching the rock mass to the parent rockbody and breaking it using controlled blasting technique.
