Recent Progress Of Practical BF Operations In Japan And Innovative Trials For The Future

The new technologies introduced during the past ten years include technologies to use cheaper and lower-grade raw materials and fuels, measures to prolong the service life of blast furnaces and coke ovens, promotion of energy saving, use of wastes and solutions to environmental problems.
