Abstract
MIING Engineer. Metallurgist, Economist-in any of those three capacities Paul Tyler should be able to make a living. Further- more, he has proved his ability as an operating man teacher, researcher. and prolific writer. For the last three years he has been chief engineer of the non-metal Economics Division of the. U. S. Bureau of Mines.
