New Load Testing Device

This paper is for presentation at the 14th Annual Members Conference of the Deep Foundations Institute held at the Hyatt Regency Hotel, Baltimore Maryland on October 10, 1989. This is an introductory presentation of a one hour symposium on the applications of a new testing device. This paper discusses how the device works and its uses.
