Abstract
To be more competitive, we have to try new mining techniques. A few of them are: extend honghole length increase drilling precision new type of primary opening (slot) use of CMS to extend stope length This paper will cover our trials, successes and failures and will cover a few real cases that occurred at the Doyon mine.
