Minutes of the Twenty -Third Regular Meeting of The Rocky Mountain Coal Mining Institute held at Glenwood Springs, Colorado September 9, 10 and 11, 1926

The meeting was called to order at 2 p. m., September 9, 1926, at the Hotel Colorado, Glenwood Springs, Colorado, with the President, Horace Moses, in the chair. Upon motion, the minutes of the previous meeting were accepted. No business being presented, the reading and discussion of papers was proceeded with as outlined hereafter. There being no further business before the meeting, it was adjourned at 4 p. in., Saturday, September 11, 1926. Respectfully submitted, [ ] Secretary-Treasurer.
