Abstract
The peculiar and changing conditions of a wartime market and the necessary governmental restrictions have resulted in an accumulation of a large amount of certain secondary metals in the tin-lead alloy class. With certain of these metals this accumulation has reached such proportions that it has been proposed that government agencies finance the creation of stockpiles of these secondaries just as stockpiles of primary metals have been created.
