Abstract
In this workshop our intent is quite simple; that is that we will introduce a relatively new technology that may have applications in blasting applications. This technology is the laser initiation of explosives. This workshop course is not intended to suggest ways in which specific blasting problems can be resolved. That is the purview of experts within each of your fields.
