Abstract
At its meeting on June 22, 1950, the Board of Directors passed a resolution defining and expressing the policy of the Institute with respect to official participation or action in controversial matters On June 23, 1959 the Board of Directors made minor revisions in the resolution to bring it up-to-date with recent changes in the Institute's structure The revised resolution IS as follows
