Abstract
The Henty Gold Mine is located approximately 30 km north of Queenstown, at the head waters of the Henty River on the west coast of Tasmania at 41¦50'S, 145¦40'E on the Queenstown (SK 55-5) 1:250 000 and Sophia (8014) 1:100 000 map sheets (Figure 1).
