Abstract
Cobalt-rich crust in rich Co, Ni, Mm and Pt will be a potential resources for island country such as Republic. Marshall Islands. This study was conducted for Marshall Islands by the President Kabua?s request. It covers crust resources, CLB mining, processing, and economic estimation, and study concluded feasible veiw.
