Abstract

G. A. Parks (Associate Professor, Dept. of Mineral Engineering, Stanford Univ., Stanford, Calif.) - Professor A. L. Mular in his paper Effect of Impurities on the Flotation Behavior of Zinc Oxide (T.P. 65B206) has made a most interesting and thought provoking contribution. In view of his recognized lack of measurements of the ZPC's of the doped samples and lack of direct evidence for participation of semi-conducting electrons in collector adsorption an alternate explanation should be considered. The alternate also
