DFI Model Piledriving Contractor Proposal

With respect to liability damages, claims and costs thereof relating to or ansmg out of contamination, special or non-special wastes, hazardous wastes or pollution in connection with the performance of this subcontract: It is understood that the subcontractor's work and responsibility wholly exclude any requirement to handle such contaminants or to otherwise be responsible for such contaminants, and Subcontractor shall not be nor be considered to be a generator of such contaminants.
