Abstract
Mintek's Measurement and Control Division has been developing and supplying control systems to the Minerals Processing industry for many years. This paper will focus on the development of a third generation control system, PlantStar 2000, for mineral processing applications. Case studies of a flotation and milling circuit illustrate the success of the technology.
