Dedication Of Bureau Of Mines Experiment Station

The Bureau of Mines extends. a cordial invitation to all members of the Institute to visit Pittsburgh, Sept. 29 to Oct. 1, to participate in the dedication of the Mines Experiment Station. Accompanying this will be a nation-wide participation in a First-aid and Mine Rescue Contest. The Pittsburgh Chamber of Commerce will cooperate. The Institute will be represented by a special delegate appointed by the President. MONDAY 8:30. A. M. Bureau Building open for inspection. 10:30 A. M. Dedicatory Ceremonies in rear of Main Building, .4800 Forbes St. 2:00 P. M.. Special Train and Automobiles to Experimental Mine near Bruceton, Pa. 3 to 6 P. M. Mine Explosion and Inspection of Experimental Mine . and of Explosives Testing Plant near Bruceton, Pa. 6:00. P. M. Return by Special Train and Automobiles to B. & 0. Station, Pittsburgh. 8:00 P. M.
