Constructing A Project In Mexico

This paper will describe the experiences of Hibernia Holdings, Inc. in constructing a mineral processing facility in Mexico. It will attempt to set forth a guideline on what companies attempting to operate in Mexico can expect and what actions they can take. Ownership laws, import/export laws, labor laws, security, transportation and operating experiences will be discussed.
