As of August 23, 1988 non-manufacturing facilities storing end using chemicals which require MSDS (Materia1 Safety Data Sheets) must fi1e with SERC (State Emergency Response Commission), the LEPC (Loca1 Emergency Planning Commission), and the loca1 Fire Department a list or copies of all MSDS sheets with the Tier I and Tier II forms completed.
