Abstract
The SABREX computer blast simulation program permits the study of the effective use of explosive energies and predicts the total performance of a blast in terms of:fragment size distribution: muckpile profile; breakage at grade, column and collar with respect to the control case; crack penetration; damage envelope behind and beneath blastholes; a complete cost analysis including explosives, drilling and accessory costs
