Bag loading and stacking processes are the highest dust-exposure job categories in the metal/nonmetal mining industry.1 To cost-effectively decrease respirable dust levels, the Pittsburgh Research Center of the National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH), formerly of the U.
