Abstract

A deep-seabed integrated mining system, which consists of four subsystems such as riser pipe, buffer, flexible riser, and tracked vehicles, is presented in Figure 1. In order to collect more manganese nodules, multiple tracked vehicle systems should be used in a deep-seabed integrated mining system.
